Join us for a fun and vibrant evening where you get to take a sneak peek into the research life of not just one but SIX disciplines. Six researchers from linguistics, clinical nutrition, material science, archaeology, philosophy, and astro-physics will introduce their work and show you what their research life looks like. Does it involve a lot of lab work? Are their days filled with reading literature? Do they get to go on field trips? Have they ever done dangerous experiments? Do they receive a lot of criticism for their work? You’ll get an answer for every question.
After the short presentations, the evening will continue with a panel discussion. The host will kick things off with a few questions to get the conversation going among the speakers. As the discussion unfolds, the floor is yours. Feel free to jump in with your own questions or curiosities.
