Ute actually wanted to be a singer, but now she's a housewife.

Dinner is on the table and for the first time her husband Martin is not on time. Although she sometimes wished death on him, they never argued.
Ute scrutinises Martin's meticulous civil servant soul and her monotonous housewife existence. She looks enviously over to the flat of her single friend Verena, who is once again eating a whole guy instead of just his favourite cold cuts, and asks herself: "Why can't she see the bank statements and why doesn't Martin tell her how much life insurance he has?" As the comedy picks up speed, surprising events come their way.
