    Our apartment is located in the attic of a free-standing single-family house in Kiel-Holtenau with a direct view of the Nord-East Sea Canal. The city center, the surrounding area, and the beautiful beaches are quickly accessible by both car and public transport.

    The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016, is ideal for 1-2 people.

    It measures 64 square meters and consists of a combined living/dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette and access to the spacious balcony. 

    This balcony faces southwest and offers a direct view of the Nord-East Sea Canal. Here you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the world's busiest artificial waterway for seagoing vessels. 

    The generous bathroom is equipped with a walk-in and spacious shower.  

    Experience a restful night's sleep in the cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. A spacious built-in wardrobe is available for your wardrobe. Additionally, a 32-inch flat-screen TV is provided in the bedroom. 

    A high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the apartment and is included in the rental price. 

    Check-in and check-out are both by 2 PM. Individual times are possible depending on occupancy.

    Arrival by Car:
    Coming from the South:
    Drive on the A7 heading north and take the exit Kiel Blumenthal onto the A215.
    At exit 2, merge onto Kiel-Mitte towards B76 Eckernförde / Olympiazentrum.
    Continue on B503.
    Take the exit towards Altenholz/Kiel-Holtenau.
    In Kiel-Holtenau, turn right onto Gravensteiner Str at the gas station.
    Turn left at the canal into Kanalstr and drive to house number 7.
    Coming from the North:
    Drive on the A7 heading south.
    At the motorway intersection 9-Rendsburg, keep right and follow the signs for A210 towards Kiel / Bredenbek.
    At exit 2, merge onto Kiel-Mitte towards B76 Eckernförde / Olympiazentrum.
    Continue on B503.
    Take the exit towards Altenholz/Kiel-Holtenau .
    In Kiel-Holtenau, turn right onto Gravensteiner Str at the gas station.
    Turn left at the canal into Kanalstr and drive to house number 7.
    Public parking is available in front of the house.
