The apartment (28 square meters) has a direct view of the Baltic Sea and has just been extensively renovated with very tasteful furnishings as follows:
In the living-sleeping area, there is a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with a dining table, two comfortable chairs, a living wall with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player with USB connection. The apartment is new and modern with beech wood furniture, a kitchenette with an air fryer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vinyl laminate floors, built-in hallway cupboard, and an appealing shower room. From the well-kept loggia with carpet, glass table, recliners, and footrest, you have a direct and unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and enjoy the sun from sunrise until noon. We recommend a cozy, extended breakfast on the balcony followed by a few sunny and relaxing hours at the beach.

As private renters, it is our special concern to offer you a pleasant stay with good comfort in a cozy atmosphere. Our apartment is located in the Olympic Center in a well-maintained house, close to the beach and yacht harbor with various shopping facilities and nice restaurants. Directly next to the house, there is a public seawater indoor pool with a separate children's area, which is currently undergoing extensive renovations. Kiel-Schilksee is not only an attractive sailing area with the annual "Kiel Week," but offers year-round variety for riders, golfers, fitness enthusiasts, hikers, Nordic walkers, bikers, etc.
Kiel-Schilksee is a quiet resort in close proximity to the state capital Kiel with many cultural facilities such as an opera house, theater, cinemas, aquarium, cruise port, North Sea-Baltic Canal, and several shopping centers.
A SUP board can be rented for a fee.
