Our holiday apartment is located on the southern edge of Kiel in the Kroog district.
A bus stop with direct connections to the city center (travel time just under 25 minutes) is about 250 meters away.
Many shops, bakeries, and pharmacies, as well as a weekly market (Tuesdays and Saturdays), can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

The commercial area "Ostseepark Schwentinental" with numerous stores, especially for clothing, technology, and home goods, is also about 5 minutes away by car. The nearest bathing beach can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, while the wonderful beaches of Laboe, Heidkate, or Kalifornien are about 30-35 minutes away. The nearby Rönner Gehölz invites you for relaxing walks in the forest.

The approximately 80 m² non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached single-family home and is largely barrier-free. The landlords live in the same house. The combined living and dining room with a spacious living kitchen with a counter and additional dining area is flooded with light. A separate bedroom with access to the spacious shower room featuring a walk-in shower can also be reached from the large hallway, as can the separate guest toilet.
All rooms are tiled or laminate-floored, with only the bedroom having carpet. The paved south terrace with an adjacent small grass area is largely enclosed and invites grilling (grill available), small games such as bocce, or simply doing nothing. Pets are allowed upon request. 

In the apartment, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a stereo system with a CD/DVD player are at your disposal. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern comforts, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, and microwave, along with dishes and cooking utensils. Additionally, a washing machine is available in the shower room. A travel cot for small children and a high chair are also provided.
The living room includes a foldable sofa, providing another sleeping space for one adult or two younger children. A parking space is available on the property directly at the apartment. Bicycles can be stored on the locked terrace.
