    Our charming city villa is located about 1.5 km south of the main train station, making the city center easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Shopping facilities and a bus stop are nearby.

    Parking options, depending on the size of your vehicle, can be found either on the street opposite the house or in a public parking lot about 50 meters away. After just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the "Viehburger Gehölz," a beautiful old forest that extends over nearly 70 hectares.

    In our city villa, we offer two guest apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the first upper floor, both overlooking the garden.

    The total rent for both apartments is €50 per night for occupancy of up to two persons. For an occupancy of three persons, the rent is €65 per night. The final cleaning is included in the rent for stays of at least two nights. For shorter stays, a cleaning surcharge of €20 applies. Special prices apply during Kiel Week.

    Arrival by car:
    Drive to the "Waldwiesenkreuz" (overpass of Hamburger Chaussee over the B 76, which is called "Theodor-Heuß-Ring" there). Immediately west of this distributor, Von-der-Goltz-Allee branches off to the south from Hamburger Chaussee. At the corner stands a complex red stone building that houses a senior residence. Parking is available directly at the roadside or in a public parking lot diagonally across from the house.

    Arrival by bus:
    From the main train station, you can reach the "Waldwiese" stop with lines 501, 502, 61, and 62.
