We rent furnished and fully equipped 1- to 4-room apartments in Kiel Mitte, Hamburger Chaussee 72 to 74, 24113 Kiel. The apartment sizes range from 25 sqm to 95 sqm. Our offer includes studio apartments as well as apartments with an additional living and/or dining room. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms. The apartments are new, well-maintained, and very clean. Since we always pay attention to our standards and continuously maintain the apartments, we can guarantee these conditions to you. Furnishings and Equipment: The apartments are stylishly, comfortably, and modernly furnished. Standard equipment includes, among other things, a microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The apartments also include an ironing board with iron, drying rack, and vacuum cleaner. Each room is equipped with, among other things, a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, armchair, and shelf or dresser, as well as an LED TV with cable or DVB-T connection. All apartments are equipped with free, high-speed Wi-Fi and energy-saving LED lamps. If there is no washing machine in the apartment, we offer communal use of a washing machine and dryer. Covered, secure bicycle parking spaces are available. Location and Surroundings: The distance to the train station, downtown, and the ferry terminal is approximately 1.5 km. There is a well-frequented bus connection to downtown. The "Waldwiese" bus stop is located directly on-site (lines 501, 502, 61, 62). The apartment buildings are located near the "Waldwiesenkreisel" and thus at the traffic junction to the eastern and western shores, the southern part of Kiel, as well as the motorway. All shopping facilities, doctors, and a savings bank are within walking distance in the immediate neighborhood; tennis courts and a sports stadium are located opposite.
