Here - in the immediate vicinity of the Holtenau locks in the north of the state capital Kiel - you will find a unique museum for the northern German region, in which more than a century of mechanical engineering history is vividly and vividly presented. The focus is on the economic area of Kiel as a former important shipyard and mechanical engineering location.
