The hygiene and organisation concept
This concept describes the use of the sports and leisure area "Hörnbad" while maintaining the rules of distance and hygiene during the Corona pandemic. The public, associations, fire brigade, police and the German Federal Armed Forces are intended as user groups.

Admission / Cash desk
Admission to the sports and leisure areas is in time slots that change over time.
Access to the bath is to be via the main entrance (public, fire brigade, police, German Armed Forces, Hansefit) with mouth and nose protection. It is not permitted to stay in the vestibule and foyer.

Clubs can enter the sports area via the staff entrance. Due to the changing room situation, access to the sports area is again separated in time from the time slots of the sports area.
A disinfectant dispenser is set up in the main entrance area and in the staff entrance and every bather has to disinfect his hands here.

Every bather has a stay of 2 hours in the sports area and 2.5 hours in the leisure area. For each visit the guest must make a reservation by telephone or online. The reservation can be made for the sports or leisure area; a selection must be made and is binding for use.
The currently required data is recorded and stored, which can be handed over to the responsible authorities in case of infection.

Access to the pool is only granted if the mandatory fields have been completely filled in and the symptoms have been eliminated. Bathers who are not symptom-free are excluded from visiting the bath. The symptoms defined by the RKI are decisive.

Showers
The shower rooms can be used in compliance with the rules of distance and hygiene.
Only the approved showers may be used. Blocked showers are excluded from use for reasons of maintaining distance.

The sketched walkways in the shower room must be observed.
In order to avoid falling short of the distance in the shower room, the alternative route or the alternative zone must be used if necessary.
In order to ensure an appropriate visitor frequency, the showering time is limited to 5 minutes per guest.

Toilets
Due to the limited space available, the WC areas can only be entered individually.

Sports area
25 and 50 meter operation
From Monday to Friday the swimming pool is operated on 25-metre lanes. At the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) on 50-metre lanes.

Changing room area
In the sports area 8 collective changing rooms - which have to be divided between the public, clubs, fire brigade, police and the German army if necessary - are available for the guests. These are to be entered with a maximum of 5 persons, unless a different arrangement is expressly made.

Visitor frequency
Sports pool
On weekdays (from Monday to Friday) 8 separate double lanes of 25 metres each are available in the sports pool. A maximum of 8 guests swim per double lane and per slot; 64 in total.
Restrictions due to special use are reserved for the operator.

Outlet
Bathers do not leave the sports area via the cash desk, but use the staff entrance.

Leisure area
Changing room area
For the leisure area, the changing cells are intended as changing facilities. In order to comply with the distance requirement, only every third locker is available to guests.
To avoid excessive turbulence of the air, the hair dryers are switched off.

Visitor frequency
The leisure area can accommodate 50 visitors. When using the individual pools and the water slide, the distance between guests must be maintained at all times. The following maximum number of visitors per pool is given for orientation:
Paddling pool: 12 persons
Leisure pool: 30 persons
Outdoor pool: 12 persons

Since the booking behaviour cannot be predicted with any degree of certainty due to the special use of leisure pools, the pool-specific visitor frequencies are only for orientation purposes. The instructions of the staff are decisive.

Outlet
The bather leaves the swimming pool through the main entrance. Walking routes are marked.

Change of zones sports and leisure area
In principle, guests are allowed to switch between the sports and leisure areas. In order to ensure the distance requirement, the staff can temporarily prohibit the zone change.
The regulations of the fee statutes must be observed.

Staff organisation
The personnel of Kieler Bäder GmbH must monitor the entire swimming time. During and after the swimming time, the instructed cleaning company "Prior und Preußner" will disinfect and clean the areas of use.
