The Swapfiets concept is based on a typical story: a few friends had a good idea - and actually implemented it! The idea is simple. For a fixed amount per month you will receive a Swapfiets and we will make sure that your Swapfiets always works.

It turns out that the concept is very well received. After the initial period Swapfiets has reached a point where we design our own bikes and offer our Swapfiets service in more and more cities.

All bicycles have the original blue front wheel. So you can see right away which bikes are Swapfiets bikes and who all belong to the family.

Now more and more people are discovering how practical and comfortable Swapfiets is. Great service, simply made.

In addition to the guidelines of the Federal Government, we take all other hygiene measures, in accordance with the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute, to ensure the health of everyone.

Simply schedule an appointment via our Swapfiets app, where you will also find the adapted opening hours of our branches. As a new customer, you can also choose a date in the store to pick up your Swapfiets when you register.
