Team composition:
a. People from a maximum of ten different domestic communities.
b. Accompanying minors and persons in need of support
c. Mandatory meetings for reasons of care.
Team size:
a. The teams are usually made up of two to six people and in exceptional cases may not exceed ten.
Booking & game briefing:
a. The booking process takes place by telephone or via our website. We recommend our guests to pay in advance! Payment on site in cash or by EC/credit card is still possible, subject to the safety margin. However, we ask for total payment.
b. All games start with a 30 minute delay. This prevents a meeting of different teams.
c. The entrance door is generally closed and customers will only be admitted if an appointment has been booked in advance.
Documentation:
a. In order to trace possible chains of infection, all team members must provide the following information in writing before the start of the match: First name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail. This is for tracking purposes only and will be kept confidential. For this purpose, we will provide an appropriate document on site.

a. Our employees are obliged during the customer contact
mouth and nose cover.
3. protective measures of the shop
Disinfectant dispenser:
a. We have installed additional disinfectant dispensers inside the store. Disinfection of hands is obligatory both when entering and leaving the shop. The disinfectant dispenser placed at the entrance ensures this measure.
b. Before entering and after leaving the game room, the teams are additionally requested to wash and disinfect their hands thoroughly.
Clean up and disinfect the playroom/workstation:
a. After each play group the playrooms must be reset. During this process, all play objects and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected by the assigned employee by wiping disinfection. The employees wear a mouth-nose cover and disposable gloves during this process.
b. When entering and leaving the workplace, employees are obliged to disinfect the workplace and frequently used objects separately.
4. course of play & distance zones
Game plan:
a. Before entering the shop your team should be complete. Please pay attention to punctuality and be on site the required 10 minutes BEFORE the start of the game. Due to the increased time required and in order to avoid overlapping with other groups, we cannot consider any delays.
b. Our shop has been divided into different zones. You will be assigned to a zone as soon as you enter it. Please go directly to that zone and wait for further instructions from your assigned staff member.
c. The staff member will accompany his assigned team to the respective game room and will monitor them as before via monitor and headphones in the game master room. There is no contact in the game room itself.
d. After the end of the playing time the team will be accompanied by the game master to the separate exit door to make sure that no contact to other people can take place.
