Our goal is to be able to roast and offer the best coffees on this planet and to establish ourselves as one of the best speciality coffee roasters. That's why we source our green coffee from some of the world's best farmers and cooperatives. Our direct trader, Trabocca, operates at the highest level of transparency and works closely with farmers on the ground to perfect the exact harvesting and preparation processes. This ensures that farmers participate in the value chain in the best possible way. Their strenuous, tedious work is appreciated and the farmers can pass this on to their employees in the form of higher wages, schools and medical care.
For us, it is the taste of our coffee that counts first and foremost, not the price. That is why we are prepared to buy well above the market price in order to be able to work with the highest quality coffee beans from sustainable and traceable cultivation.
When we roast, we take special care to retain the original characteristics of our coffee instead of changing them. With great attention to detail and a penchant for perfection, our beans are lightly roasted slowly and in small batches. Only in this way is it possible for us to see and offer coffee for what it is: a speciality.
