Everything starts with a comprehensive preliminary talk in which the trainer and you get to know each other and discuss your goals. This is how your training plan is created. You will regularly evaluate together whether you have achieved your goal.

In addition to circuit training under professional guidance and with a personalised training plan, we now offer regular Zumba classes at the Knobloch dance school and invite you and your friends to join in. It starts every Wednesday at 6pm!
Since November, you can also do something for your back on a regular basis! The back/strong centre circuit takes place every Tuesday at 6pm in the club!
As we have noticed how the circuits increase motivation, since November there has also been a circuit on Mondays at 6pm and Fridays at 5pm, whereby the topics will vary on these days.
Outside of the consultation and registration times, the premises are available from 6am to 2pm so that you can train in the club with the equipment and small devices! You don't need to register in advance.
Mondays to Fridays during consultation and registration times, you can also book an appointment with your trainers for training or nutritional advice!
