Foerde Fitness in Kiel offers you effective functional small group training with individual coaching. We are not a traditional fitness studio where you run from machine to machine on your own. On the contrary:
At Foerde Fitness, it never gets boring, because the wide range of variations and combinations of functional exercises means that one workout is never the same as another. You train less on machines and more freely, i.e. functionally, for example with kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells or medicine balls. You also do bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, burpees, jumping rope or running. The aim is to improve health and achieve a comprehensive, general fitness level. The community aspect plays a central role in the small groups.
Don't worry! You don't have to be super fit to start with us, as every exercise, no matter how difficult it may seem, is adapted to your fitness level.
At Foerde Fitness, you will always be professionally guided by our trained coaches in a small group of a maximum of 10 people and introduced to the functional exercises step by step.
