Hof Steffen

The postcard idyll with the thatched-roof cottage in the middle of the rape field by the Kasseteich is real: our Steffen farm! On the edge of the Probstei, we produce Probsteier Katenrauchschinken in a tradition dating back over 300 years.

We produce our sausage ourselves on our farm with skilful craftsmanship and attention to detail. The ingredients we use are guaranteed to be top quality, without additives! The same applies to our salads, delicatessen, etc. - only the very best ingredients. Our animals live in clean stables, which are only about 300 metres away - as a slaughterhouse, their welfare is also important to us!
