Pizzerian San Remo
Making a pizza or pasta is quite simple - take water, flour, eggs, yeast and salt.
The difference, however, lies in the subtleties. San Remo, Kiel's oldest pizzeria, has always optimised its recipes since 1974 and can therefore spoil its guests daily with the best pizza and pasta.
Quality is very important to San Remo, which is why the pizza and pasta dough includes semola (durum wheat semolina), which you get directly from the beautiful city of Parma in northern Italy.
