Parking at the Zoo
Approximately 400 free parking spaces are available directly in front of the entrance to Gettorf Zoo. A large number of parking spaces for coaches and motorhomes are also available. Please note that a number of disabled parking spaces are designated directly in front of the entrance. Please only use these spaces with a valid disabled parking permit.

Parking in the zoo parking lot is permitted exclusively for visitors during the zoo visit. Parking for purposes other than visiting the zoo is prohibited. The parking lot is open for this use between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Parking outside of these hours is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove illegally parked vehicles without prior notice (costs are borne by the vehicle owner).

Charging Station for Electric Vehicles (available 24/7)
Four charging stations are available for charging electric vehicles. Please note that a credit card or your personal charging card is required for charging. Parking in the parking areas without charging is not permitted. This section of the parking lot is available for charging purposes 24/7 by anyone (even without visiting the zoo).

Our charging stations are operated by e.on drive. To charge with a personal charging card, the charging card provider must be listed in the e.on drive network.
