We are an expanding law firm established in the state capital of Kiel and operating nationwide with currently 17 law firms and seven notary's offices.

As of January 1, 2019, we were able to win over the Preetz law firm Kolata & Clausen and strengthen our partnership with the Preetz office.

As of June 1, 2020, we will also strengthen our firm with the location in Gettorf and will be available to you with immediate effect at three locations, both as lawyers and notaries.

Our clients are medium-sized companies, public institutions and private individuals who value comprehensive and consistent service.

The orientation of our law firm is predominantly civil law with a focus on public law.

Due to the high specialization of the individual departments, we offer comprehensive advice and representation even in overlapping areas of law.

Particular emphasis is placed on family law, private and public construction law, employment law, real estate law, commercial law, traffic law, insurance law and administrative law.
